£179 per practice per month, ex VAT. One plan with everything included — no per-seat pricing, no feature gating. A 14-day free trial — add a card to start and cancel any time before it ends. Founding Partner pricing is £99/month locked for 12 months, available to the first 20 UK practices to commit.
Per-seat pricing punishes practices for getting their team onto a consistent workflow. Arkavio charges a flat fee per practice — bring everyone on. The whole point is that proposals, projects, invoices and timesheets share one source of truth across the team.
Two things. First, fee intelligence — Arkavio derives every proposal from your real breakevens (salaries, overheads, PI, utilisation), so the number you quote is defensible. Second, transparent pricing — we publish what it costs, you can self-serve a trial today instead of waiting on a sales call.

Yes. Invoices include VAT registration number, VAT rates per line, VAT summary by rate, and UK statutory late-payment interest where applicable. Built to the UK industry standard, ready for HMRC and your accountant.
Monthly rolling — cancel any time with 30 days' notice. After cancellation you keep export access for 30 days — invoices and timesheets export to CSV, and proposals and invoices to PDF. After that we delete or anonymise your data per UK GDPR (financial records are kept for 6 years as the law requires).
Data is hosted in the EU on Supabase with row-level security: every row is scoped to your practice and unreadable by any other Arkavio customer. We use Stripe for billing, Resend for email, and Sentry for error tracking — all GDPR-compliant processors. No customer data ever leaves these systems.
You set up your company profile once — salaries by grade, overheads, PI insurance, software, utilisation rate, target margin. Arkavio computes a per-grade hourly breakeven and a recommended charge-out rate. Every fee proposal pulls from those numbers, so as your costs change the maths follows.
