Founding Partner Agreement

This Founding Partner Agreement (this “Agreement”) sets out the terms of the Arkavio Founding Partner programme between Arkavio Ltd(“Arkavio”, “we”, “us”) and an approved founding partner (“you”, “Partner”). It is additional to, and incorporates, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. Where this Agreement conflicts with the Terms on the commercial points below, this Agreement prevails for the founding period.

1. The programme

The Founding Partner programme is open to the first 20 UK architecture practices who apply, are approved by Arkavio, and subscribe. It is a partnership: discounted pricing and influence in exchange for active engagement and feedback. Places are limited and granted at Arkavio’s discretion.

2. Eligibility and approval

2.1 To be eligible you must be a UK-based architecture (or closely related) practice, apply using a work email (personal-email domains are not accepted), and be approved by Arkavio following review and a short introductory call.

2.2 Applying does not create this Agreement, grant the discount, or reserve a place. A place is reserved only once Arkavio approves your application, and is confirmed only once you subscribe.

2.3 The programme is capped at 20 partners. The cap is enforced both by our payment provider and by our application. When places are full, applications join a waitlist.

3. The Founding Partner offer

If approved and subscribed, you receive:

£99 per month, ex VAT, locked for 12 months (approximately 45% off the Standard price of £179/month).
Direct access to the founder.
A Founding Partner badge.
Priority weighting for your feature requests in our roadmap.
60 days’ notice before any future price change that would affect you.

4. What we ask of you in return

As a Founding Partner you agree to:

take part in a monthly feedback call during the founding period;
provide an honest testimonial once you have used the product properly; and
take part in a short case study about your use of Arkavio.

Testimonials and case studies will be agreed with you before publication; you can decline use of specific quotes or details.

5. How the discount is applied

5.1 The £99/month price is delivered as a repeating 12-month discount applied to the Standard monthly subscription at checkout. The discount is approval-gated: it cannot be self-applied by an unapproved account, and it is re-verified at checkout against your approval status and remaining places.

5.2 The discount applies for 12 months from the start of your paid subscription. After 12 months, your subscription automatically continues at the then-current Standard price (currently £179/month, ex VAT), subject to the 60-day notice in clause 3 for any change to that price.

5.3 All other billing terms (VAT, automatic renewal, payment, cancellation, refunds) are governed by the Terms of Service.

6. Use of your application data

The information you submit when applying (contact name, work email, practice name and size, motivation, and marketing-attribution data) is used to assess and administer your application and the programme, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Term, cancellation and ending the programme

7.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time under the Terms. If you cancel, the founding price ends with your subscription; the locked £99 price is not transferable and is not reinstated on a later re-subscription (any new subscription is at the then-current Standard price unless we agree otherwise).

7.2 Arkavio may end your participation in the programme (while leaving your subscription in place at the applicable price) if you materially breach the Terms or this Agreement. We will tell you if we do so.

7.3 We may close the programme to new applicants at any time. This does not affect existing Founding Partners’ 12-month locked pricing.
